We are a family built and owned business, proudly serving Southern and Central Florida for the past 20+ years. Owners Brian and Melissa founded All Trades after spending years working hands on in the Construction and Restoration Industry. In 1992 Brian started working for a leading water and mold restoration company called Service Master. A few years down the line in 1998, Brian and Melissa decided to start their own company called Konitzer Construction & Restoration, Inc. After spending years of running the business themselves, in 2004 they decided to expand and rebrand to All Trades Construction & Restoration, Inc. All Trades has grown to be one of the most trusted Roofing & Construction companies around.
